The Co-founder and CEO of Terraform Labs is coming back.

Do Kwon, in custody in Montenegro, is involved in a custody battle between the US and South Korea.

The High Court in Montenegro has extended Do Kwon's detention by two months, and his custody term is set to end on 15 February 2024.

The final decision on his extradition will be made by Montenegro's Minister for Justice.
