Recently, the popular web3 social leading project LENS Protocol issued the system's genesis NFT Lens Garden. The mint price is 20Matic, and users holding Lens NFT can mint it.
LENS Protocol is a Web3 social protocol and a decentralized social graph. Different social projects can be built on the Lens protocol.
For Lens players, interactive information such as following, likes, comments and collections are all stored on the chain and will not be lost due to platform closure; account data can be migrated and combined, and will not be passively marketed.
For developers building on the Lens protocol, building their projects on the LENS ecosystem can help them acquire lens users and traffic, focus more on product development and optimization, and achieve win-win results with the platform.
For example, Phaver, a popular social project on Lens, can automatically synchronize the information users post on Lenster to Phaver. One piece of information can be synchronized to two platforms and receive likes and interactions from users on both platforms.
All Lens players must hold Lens Profiles. This NFT has been minted for free on the whitelist from the beginning, and the floor price is now 240U.
Three months ago, when Chu Xiaolian first wrote an article about Lens, the NFT floor price was only US$40, but unfortunately I only had one.
I should have bought more if I had known earlier. Some people bought NFTs in bulk and sold them at low prices. Now no one knows when the price will be the best.
Lens released its first NFT Lens Garden on March 23. There are a total of 9 different series. Collecting all 9 can synthesize a Tier NFT.
According to the player's experience score, different levels can mint different NFTs, and the minting fee is 20Matic.
All players holding NFTs can mint Seed NFTs, from seeds to sprouts, to plants, to small trees, to big trees, etc. The higher the experience value, the higher the level of NFT that can be minted.
For example, at level 37, you can mint Grandpa Oak NFTs, and after collecting 9 of them, you can synthesize them into Tier#1NFTs, which marks the end of the first stage.
According to the roadmap, Tier 1 will be issued in Q1, the test network will be released, the main network will be launched, etc., which is worth looking forward to.
The Chuxiao Chain Lens account level is 13, the experience value is 10,000, and Sprout NFT can be minted.
Players will gain experience points for all interactive behaviors in Lenster, such as +10 experience points for following others, +50 for gaining a fan, +20 for commenting and collecting, and +30 for posting and forwarding.
Lenster is a social project developed by Lens itself. If there is an airdrop in the future, the account weight should be the largest.
Compared with other public chain interaction projects, which cost a lot of gas, interactions on Lens require almost no transaction fees.
Of course, there are also players who set up paid following, for example, following costs 2 Matic, and collecting or forwarding content costs 1 Matic, etc. Sharing of valuable information can be priced and charged.
If you want to increase the weight of your Lens account, you can interact more on Lenster; only by updating status can you gain more experience points, and only by having more status can you gain fans, attention, likes, and reposts, etc.
Only by interacting more, keeping an active account, and being a deep player can you get higher returns from future Lens airdrops. Of course, the official has not clearly stated whether or how to airdrop.
From the Lens Garden dashboard, we can see that the accounts with the highest experience value are the official lens account and the founder account, which are level 31 and level 29, respectively. The experience value is very high.
Basically all players will follow these two accounts, hoping to strengthen their interaction with the official accounts and obtain a higher weight share.
Web3 social has always been a hot track, and user demand is also obvious, but the cost of social migration is too high, and both traffic and users require a transfer process.
Lens is built from the protocol layer, allowing users and developers to build relationships from an ecological perspective and continue to develop in depth. It may really be possible to bring a new social experience in the future.
If you don’t have Lens NFT, you can also experience other social projects in the ecosystem, such as Phaver.
In the next stage, Lens will no longer restrict entry to NFT holders, and new users will be able to flock in. Perhaps that will be the real explosion.
The above is just my personal opinion, not investment advice. I am Chu Xiaolian, and I am paying attention to the Metaverse and web3.
