Wednesday. Existing Home Sales Data On March 29, the U.S. will release its latest Pending Home Sales data. Analysts expect a -3.0% decline. Also Wednesday, you may want to pay attention to the GfK Consumer Confidence Index, which is a barometer based on 2,000 sampled respondents
Thursday. U.S. GDP (Q4) will be released on March 30. The final U.S. GDP data for the final quarter of 2022 will be released. In the last two preliminary publications, market experts missed their forecasts. Analysts now expect growth of 2.7%. Also on Thursday we will get preliminary estimates for March inflation in Germany and Spain as well as a report on the economic situation in the EU.
Friday. RCE data The main event of the week will be the Core Personal Consumption Expenditures Price Index (CPI), which will be released on Friday. Last month's RCE was better than expected at +0.6%. This time the forecast is +0.4%.
