Celsius plans to transform into a new company focused on Bitcoin mining

According to Foresight News, court documents show that Celsius will transform into a new company focused solely on Bitcoin mining. In the coming weeks, the debtors plan to file a motion with the bankruptcy court to approve modifications to the previous plan to reflect the new mining NewCo transaction. The debtors believe that these modifications do not require a re-solicitation plan. The debtors still expect to begin distributions to creditors in January 2024.
