2️⃣ Cartesius: On December 19, 2023, the Almaty District Court sentenced two organizers of #P2P transactions to actual prison time, considering them participants in a fraudulent scheme. The investigation against the defendants began a year and a half ago. According to case materials, the two individuals conducted P2P transactions in cash through an intermediary. It was later revealed that some of the funds came from pensioners who had fallen victim to telephone scammers. 🏛️
