In a recent development, Deaton accused the SEC of lacking integrity rather than intelligence in its approach to digital asset regulation.
This comes in response to comments made by Stuart Alderoty, Chief Legal Officer at Ripple, who criticized the SECâs legal arguments, referring to the historic Howey case.
