#Frax Finance, a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol, is set to introduce its Layer 2 blockchain, Fraxtal, in February. Fraxtal will use rollups technology, to address congestion issues on the Ethereum network. The layer 2 will be fueled by Frax's liquid staking token, frxETH, serving as the gas for the chain.
