The proposal aims to make Ethereum wallets more user-friendly and prevent any key loss.
Vitalik and his team propose turning users’ externally owned accounts (EOA) into smart contract accounts (CA), which would allow built-in mechanisms for users to maintain access to their cryptocurrencies.
