What is $BTC halving?

Happening every four years, Bitcoin halving is an event that occurs in the Bitcoin network where the reward for successfully mining new blocks is halved at regular intervals. A halving event lowers the reward Bitcoin miners receive for validating transactions by 50%, slowing the rate at which new Bitcoins enter the market.

When was the 1st $BTC halving, When will be the next halving and when will be the last halving?

1st having - 2012, followed by 2016, then 2020.
Next halving will be 2024 (This Year)
Last having will be 2140.
Note: It happens every four years.

What is its implications on $BTC price?
Theoretically, halving creates $BTC scarcity leading to increased demands. Hence, the price of $BTC increases during this period .
