Install and setup MetaMask
MetaMask can be downloaded on Chrome and Fireforx, or iOS and Android, if you're a mobile user. For the purposes of this tutorial, we will use the Firefox version, however, the instructions themselves are more or less the same across all platforms.
First of all, you need to go to the MetaMask download page. From there, select the platform you're using, and follow the steps to install onto your device. Very easy!
Then, continue with the settings specified in detail by the application. Click Create a Wallet. Write down the seed phrase backup in a secret place (recommended not on a device connected to the Internet). Without this phrase, your funds cannot be recovered if your device is damaged or lost. Confirm that you have written it on the next page.
Just that! Now you can see the wallet, ready to send and receive funds.

Wallet configuration
You may immediately notice that we are still dealing with an Ethereum wallet. This will not work if used for Binance Smart Chain DApps. You could lose funds if you send them to an unusable address.
We have to change it. Go to Settings to direct the wallet to the Binance Smart Chain nodes.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the Settings page, hover over the Networks menu.

Click Add Network in the top right corner to manually add Binance Smart Chain – This is not offered as a default option in MetaMask. It's worth noting that there are two networks we can use here: testnet and mainnet. Below are several parameters that must be filled in.
Mainnet (Likely, this is what you are looking for)

We will use a testnet in this tutorial, however, what you really need is a mainnet. We recommend adding both if you intend to use MetaMask to transfer BNB or Binance Smart Chain tokens.
Once you save the Network and return to the main page, you will see two things: the network changes automatically to the network you just entered, and the units are no longer denominated in ETH, but rather BNB.
We've connected to the testnet, but most likely you've chosen the mainnet instead.
Creating transactions (on testnet)
Don't be fooled by the Ethereum logo – we are fully connected to the BSC testnet. Next, let's use funds to try this application. Log in to Account 1, click to copy the address to the clipboard. Then head to Binance Smart Chain Faucet and paste it into the field provided.
So rich people.
Peggy coin or pegged coin is required if you want to try applications that support BEP-20 tokens. These tokens are created on the Binance Smart Chain that are “pegged” to other coins (such as BTC, XRP, USDT, etc), meaning they trade at the same price.
Let's keep our focus on BNB for now. Click Give me BNB and select the amount you want to receive. You may have to wait a few minutes, however, the funds will appear in your testnet wallet as soon as possible.

From here, we'll send funds out to demonstrate how it works. We have prepared a random address from BscScan Testnet that will be used to receive funds. Please click Send.
You can ignore the part related to ether. Here, you can adjust the required fees manually.
We have made a transaction of 1 BNB. No need to touch the cost, and press Next. Next we have one more chance to examine the transaction – if everything looks good, press Confirm. Just that! You will receive a notification, informing you that your transaction was successful.
