3️⃣ For investors, fungible tokens and NFTs are both important asset types, but in many cases their capital efficiency cannot be released, and most NFT lending solutions have very limited support for different types of collateral. In addition to the mechanism introduced in this article, ParaSpace has also designed a "Hybrid Dutch Auction" liquidation mechanism, "buy now, pay later" under the credit system, high-rare NFT current high-amount loans, and short-selling borrowed currency. It is still unknown whether ParaSpace, which also uses the Peer to Pool model, will become the "BendDAO killer", but it can be predicted that the NFT lending protocol track will soon fall into red ocean competition.
