Hearings on the case between Ripple and the SEC will be held in February, March and April 2024
In a new YouTube video, cryptanalyst Zach Humphreys listed the key dates for the legal battle between Ripple Labs and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2024.
In his opinion, the litigation in the Ripple v. SEC case could determine the fate of the entire industry. February 12 will be the date for a âdeep diveâ into the remedies briefing, which will pave the way for the trial.
On March 13, representatives of the SEC will have to present their point of view based on the results of consideration of the situation. One of the main issues that the SEC will challenge will be the sale of XRP to institutional investors.
