According to Golden Finance, FOX reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on social media that Ripple Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty said Ripple is considering filing a counterclaim. This means that Ripple may appeal Judge Torres' ruling on institutional sales or the $125 million fine. Both appeals will be handled in a case in the Second Circuit Court. If Ripple does file a counterclaim, it has 14 days to submit an application, starting tomorrow.
