According to Cointelegraph, luxury car manufacturer Lamborghini announced the launch of the Web3 platform Fast ForWorld to introduce its cars into blockchain games.

On October 2, Lamborghini announced a partnership with Web3 gaming company Animoca Brands, its first blockchain-based car interoperability in gaming.

The two companies will create a digital collectibles platform called Fast ForWorld, which will be created in partnership with Motorverse, a subsidiary of Animoca Brands.

Players can buy, sell and drive Lamborghini cars across multiple Motorverse games, including exclusive experiences in Torque Drift 2, REVV Racing, Motorverse Hub and Fast ForWorld.

Animoca Brands said the first version of Fast ForWorld will go live on November 7, with the platform launching a 3D wallet where users can store items and interact with digital cars.

Lamborghini first announced its partnership with Animoca Brands on August 8, aiming to provide its fans and customers with a unique Web3 digital experience.

Animoca Brands co-founder and executive chairman Yat Siu said the collaboration will set the standard for interoperable digital vehicles and create a truly connected Web3 gaming experience for racing fans and gamers.

As Web3 games attract millions of users, brands are also capitalizing on their success. In addition to Lamborghini, footwear retailer Puma recently partnered with Web3 soccer game UNKJD to integrate Puma branding into the game’s content.
