According to BlockBeats, on September 28, the cross-chain interoperability network Axelar (AXL) released a video hinting that major progress will be announced on October 3.

According to community speculation, this progress may be related to the Axelar inter-chain amplifier, which seamlessly connects the blockchain consensus engine and traditional off-chain systems to reduce development costs.

BlockBeats previously reported that on May 6, Axelar announced that it would cross-chain interconnect the Bitcoin, Hedera and Polkadot ecosystems. The pilot program includes Stacks, Hedera, Moonriver Network and Iron Fish.

At the time of writing, AXL was trading at $0.7024, up 27.69% over the past seven days.
