According to Wu, Wu learned that according to Christine Kim’s summary of the 197th Ethereum Executive Core Developers Meeting (ACDE), the meeting mainly discussed:

Pectra Devnet 3 update, testing the network's performance when dealing with large deposit activities. Unknown reasons caused the block broadcast time to increase. Devnet 4 is expected to be launched within two weeks.

Considering including BLS precompile repricing (EIP-2537) in Devnet 4, adding BLS precompiles would allow Ethereum to create more secure cryptographic proofs and allow for better interoperability with the beacon chain.

It is proposed to simplify EL-triggered requests (such as validator withdrawals, etc.) and have them parsed by CL.

The Pectra upgrade was split into two discussions. Vitalik supports increasing the blob capacity in Pectra, but developers hold different opinions. The upgrade after Pectra will be named Fusaka and will include PeerDAS and EOF. Verkle will not be included in the Fusaka upgrade, but will be considered for inclusion in the subsequent Amsterdam upgrade.
