According to BlockBeats, on September 20, Steve Eisman said that he "didn't know" who would win the US presidential election, but the market would perform well unless the Democrats won a landslide victory.

Eisman said in an interview with Bloomberg Television that he was walking back his earlier prediction that Trump would win, citing President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw from the election.

If Democrats win both chambers and the White House, the market will fall on expectations of higher taxes, Eisman said. But if Harris wins the White House and Democrats don’t win big, the market will be “fine.”

Eisman reiterated that his portfolio is heavily weighted toward artificial intelligence, technology stocks, and infrastructure sectors.
