According to PANews, after the former Twitter (now ExTwitter) was banned in Brazil, it quietly used Cloudflare's content distribution network (CDN) to provide access again, temporarily bypassing the Brazilian court's ban.

Previously, Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Alexandre de Morais ordered the blocking of ExTwitter for not complying with government directives. However, ExTwitter has made it more difficult to block it through the Cloudflare dynamic IP system.

Nonetheless, Cloudflare will likely soon receive a court order to block Brazilian IPs from accessing the platform.
