According to Odaily Planet Daily, a few media reported that the trial of Alex Mashinsky, founder and former CEO of the bankrupt Celsius Network, will not be held this week. Court documents show that in April this year, Judge John G. Koeltl postponed the trial to January 28 next year.

December 11, 2024: Former Celsius executive Roni Cohen-Pavon, who pleaded guilty in 2023 to fraud and market manipulation, is sentenced.
January 16, 2025: Alex Mashinskyâs final pretrial conference.
January 28, 2025: Jury trial of Alex Mashinsky.
