According to TechFlow, on September 18, ESG data solution provider Nubila Network announced the acquisition of BloomSky. The acquisition aims to enhance Nubila's ability to build a comprehensive ESG data network and provide real-time, hyper-local environmental data insights for various industries.

Since its founding in 2013, BloomSky has developed the world's first weather image collection network, accumulating more than 10,000 sky images from six continents, more than 100 countries, and more than 2,200 cities. Since 2015, the network has been collecting nearly a decade of "visible weather" data.

Nubila Network CEO Benson said that this acquisition is not only a business expansion, but also a universal access to real-time, hyperlocal data. By integrating BloomSky's technology into the Nubila ecosystem, it will provide various industries with the accurate data support needed to promote global sustainable development.
