According to Foresight News, the privacy public chain Namada announced the opening of the second phase of pre-genesis. Validators can now generate Pre-Genesis transactions to bind tokens to validators. Users can still create mainnet validators, but Phase 2 is for delegation.
Namada said there is no deadline for the second pre-genesis phase and at least five days’ notice will be given before it ends.
