According to BlockBeats, on August 31, the first DePIN NFT launched by PowerPod, a DePIN project of the IoTeX ecological energy network, in cooperation with Macau's Mamotor electric motorcycle company, was sold on the IoTeX chain and sold out within hours.
The NFT allows holders to earn $PT tokens based on Mamotor’s daily power consumption at electric motorcycle swap stations in Macau over a 30-day period.
PowerPod is a phase I project of the DePIN Surf accelerator initiated by IoTeX. It is dedicated to building a decentralized energy sharing network, and the charging scenario of new energy vehicles is its first successful attempt.
