According to PANews, the Kremlin said that Telegram founder Pavel Durov has all the resources needed for a legal defense and said it is ready to provide assistance if necessary.
The Kremlin also stressed that it will closely monitor developments in the matter and warned that related events in France should not evolve into political persecution.
