Due to the recent frequent activities, the garbage collection mechanism has been overloaded for a long time, resulting in the loss of consensus among many validators.
In order to restore consensus, the validator needs to restart with a specific flag at a similar time point. Tonscan data shows that the latest block of the Ton network was 06:11:46 Beijing time, and there has been no block for 5 hours.
