According to Foresight News, Hong Kong Legislative Council member Wu Jiezhuang suggested that the Hong Kong authorities implement the strategic "three arrows" in promoting the development of the digital economy.
External expansion: Promote cross-border integrated development, build cross-regional and cross-industry coordination mechanisms, and promote international cooperation in digital trade, finance, and cross-border e-commerce.
Innovation, technology and self-reliance: Consider legislation and policy formulation for digital economic activities, enhance the digital thinking of civil servants, encourage enterprises to promote digital transformation and connect with international digital economy scenarios.
Internal fraud prevention: increase investigation and law enforcement efforts, strengthen public education and publicity on preventing technology crimes, and offer courses on AI application ethics.
