According to Foresight News, Arkham announced that Restore The Republic has issued a $50,000 bounty on Arkham to reveal the identities and related information of four specific wallet owners who sniped the release of RTR tokens. It requires the clear identity of the wallet owner, or strong evidence that can identify the wallet owner. The information must be accurate, verifiable and relevant.
According to previous news from Foresight News, on-chain detective ZachXBT stated on August 10 that four addresses had made a profit of $3.8 million from the pump and dump of RTR, of which the addresses starting with 9G1ELG and GHoW2 obviously belonged to the same person. These two addresses received 500 SOL new funds within a few minutes after TGE.
