According to Foresight News, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group’s Japanese joint venture Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities (MUFG MSS) plans to issue digital securities this year.
MUFG Morgan Stanley Securities is currently focusing on digital bonds, and the company hopes to use Morgan Stanley's overseas network to sell Japanese digital bonds to foreign investors in the future.
