According to PANews, Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev’s legal dispute has reached a critical point, and he is seeking to raise more funds to fight the lawsuit. Last month, a Dutch court announced that it refused to release Alexey Pertsev, so he had to prepare for further appeal.
Additionally, another Tornado Cash developer, Roman Storm, is set to go on trial in the United States in September on charges of money laundering, conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitter business, and conspiracy to violate U.S. sanctions laws.
