According to PANews, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon reiterated that recession remains the most likely outcome for the U.S. economy, and he believes the probability of a "soft landing" is only 35% to 40%.
Jamie Dimon highlighted the continued uncertainty facing the market in an interview with CNBC, pointing out that factors such as geopolitics, housing, deficits, spending, quantitative tightening and elections can cause market panic.
Despite his cautious tone, he acknowledged that the economy was performing better than expected.
