He proposed to include digital identity in the smart convenience platform and strike a balance between the regulation and development of Web 3.0. Huang Junshuo also suggested using Web 3.0 technology to distribute electronic consumer vouchers to tourists, because its transaction cost is only 0.15 of the total, which is much cheaper than traditional banking methods.
