HBSS Connect Corp., the company behind the innovative transportation platform QRyde, announced the acquisition of Israeli blockchain company Colu, ChainCatcher reported. The strategic acquisition will enhance QRyde’s efforts in creating a blockchain-based transportation system aimed at optimizing municipal government spending.

HBSS Connect specializes in developing software solutions for public transit, paratransit, NEMT (non-emergency medical transportation), and micromobility services across the U.S. Integrating web3 technology through QRyde, HBSS Connect aims to better synchronize transportation systems with local economies.
