According to Odaily Planet Daily, DeFi protocol Folks Finance announced the launch of the xChain testnet on Base, Avalanche and Ethereum. Folks is built using Chainlink CCIP, Wormhole and Circle CCTP.
The main goal of this testnet is to fully evaluate and verify Folks’ cross-chain framework, which aims to provide lending and borrowing capabilities across multiple blockchains.
It is reported that Folks Finance aims to launch the mainnet in early autumn 2024.
