According to TechFlow, Solana's eco-wallet Phantom announced that its wallet now supports Bitcoin and will launch the first Bitcoin Ordinals minting event in the Gamma market at 12:00 noon EST on Thursday, June 27 (until Monday, July 1). The event is free, and only Bitcoin network fees need to be paid, and the artwork will be unveiled at the event. Phantom recommends that users keep $10-20 in BTC in their Native Segwit address (starting with bc1q) to pay network fees. Native Segwit is the default Bitcoin address of the Phantom wallet and will be used as a payment address in Gamma.
