According to Foresight News, U.S. Senator Cynthia Lummis and Congressman Patrick McHenry wrote a letter calling on Biden not to veto the bill to "revoke" the encryption accounting policy (SAB 121). They believe that the bipartisan votes in the Senate and the House of Representatives are reasons not to veto it.

Cody Carbone, chief policy officer of the Digital Chamber, a cryptocurrency advocacy organization, tweeted, “We have received confirmation that the U.S. Congress did not send H.J Res 109, a resolution to overturn crypto accounting policies (SAB 121), to Biden until last night, which changed the 10-day deadline. Biden currently has a window until June 3 to decide whether to veto this resolution.”
