According to Odaily, international law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel has expanded its growing digital assets and emerging technology business by adding three cryptocurrency industry lawyers. The move is aimed at providing a one-stop service for cryptocurrency companies. Lewis Cohen, co-founder of DLx Law, a company focused on cryptocurrency, has joined the law firm as a partner. He will co-lead the expanded business, now renamed CahillNXT, with former Southern District of New York (SDNY) prosecutor Samson 'Sam' Enzer.
In addition to Cohen, two other lawyers from DLx Law, Gregory Strong from Delaware and Sarah Chen from New York, have also joined as partners in Cohen's newly expanded business at Cahill. The addition of these experienced lawyers is expected to significantly enhance the firm's capabilities in the rapidly evolving field of digital assets and emerging technologies.
