According to Foresight News, AI-driven social sports platform Infinite Reality has acquired Web3 gaming project Stakes for $8 million in stock. The all-stock deal values Infinite Reality at $3 billion and Stakes at $8 million. Infinite Reality CEO John Acunto said the acquisition of Stakes will help Infinite Reality implement its innovative digital experience and immersive sports products, as well as integrate with blockchain and Web3.
