The three platforms are discussing merging tokens into ASI tokens, which are expected to have an FDV of approximately US$7.5 billion. Although the three platforms will continue to operate as independent entities, they will work together under the guidance of the Superintelligence Collective Management Committee. SingularityNET founder and CEO Ben Goertzel will serve as CEO of Superintelligence Collective, and Fetch.ai CEO Humayun Sheikh will serve as chairman.
