According to Foresight News, the Permissionless II DeFi Summit, co-hosted by Blockworks and Bankless, has officially begun. The event is taking place at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas, from September 11th to 13th.

The panels at Permissionless II include topics such as 'Ethereum Sci-Fi Roadmap', 'Convergent Evolution of Ethereum, Solana, and Cosmos', and 'Cryptocurrency Regulatory Path'. Guests include core researcher of the Ethereum Foundation, Dankrad Feist, Solana co-founder and Solana Labs CEO Anatoly Yakovenko, Optimism co-founder Ben Jones, Cosmos co-founder Ethan Buchman, Offchain Labs CEO and co-founder Steven Goldfeder, and Matter Labs Senior Vice President of Technology Anthony Rose.
