According to Foresight News, blockchain gaming platform Gala Games has released a statement addressing the ongoing lawsuits between its co-founders. The company emphasizes that these disputes are primarily between the founders and do not substantially involve the company itself.

As previously reported by Foresight News, on August 31, Gala Games co-founder and CEO Eric Schiermeyer filed a derivative shareholder lawsuit against fellow co-founder Wright Thurston and True North United Investments, LLC. In response, Wright Thurston filed a lawsuit against Eric Schiermeyer, accusing him of stealing $130 million worth of tokens. A derivative shareholder lawsuit is a legal action brought by a shareholder on behalf of a company to address alleged wrongdoing against the company.
