Recent Developments in Shiba Inu Burn Rate
Tracker Shibburn has revealed that in the last 24 hours, the Shiba Inu community has transferred a staggering amount of over 100 million SHIB to dead-end wallets. A total of 131,456,481 Shiba Inu tokens have been removed from circulation. The largest transaction in this series of burns included 123,661,759 SHIB. Other smaller amounts of SHIB were also burned, with amounts of 5,000,000, 2,500,000 and 2,000,000 tokens. The other transfers had less than two million tokens each.
As previously reported, the Shiba Inu developer team, led by the mysterious Shytoshi Kusama, has made several high-profile burns. They moved four batches of Shiba Inu, each containing 8.5 billion SHIB (valued approximately $90,990 in fiat currency), burning approximately 36 billion tokens in total.
