The founder of Company X, Elon Musk, plans to launch payment services on his social networks by mid-2024.
In the interview, Musk noted that he had previously hoped to launch payments in X, but the delay is due to bureaucratic processes and the need to obtain licenses to transmit money.
While some crypto enthusiasts expected Musk to integrate cryptocurrencies including Dogecoin and Bitcoin into his payments system, Musk has said he has little or no interest in digital assets. Despite this, Tesla still holds about $148 million in Bitcoin on its balance sheet, and the automaker allows customers to pay for items in the Tesla Store with Dogecoin.
Musk also mentioned that his Grok artificial intelligence system was designed to be humorous and use humorous phrases to respond to user requests. #ilon #spacex #Dogecoin #crypto
