#Write2Earn Nga plans to mandate the use of digital rubles starting in 2025 for major banks and large enterprises. According to the new law, important banks will implement it from July 2025, and the entire banking system will adopt it by 2027. Enterprises with revenue over 30 million rubles per year must accept digital rubles, with the threshold decreasing to 20 million rubles by 2026.

The law also requires the use of a standardized QR code for payments, from goods purchases to notary services, in order to simplify and promote digital payments.
