According to cryptocurrency mining company Blockware Solutions, influenced by Donald Trump's strategic Bitcoin reserve plan and Federal Reserve policies, the price of Bitcoin may quadruple by 2025, with a worst-case scenario increase of 58%. Blockware mentioned in its market forecast report released on December 28 that the current Bitcoin price is approximately $94,981, and it is expected to push its price to around $150,000.

Bitcoin's 'Bear Market Prediction'

Blockware stated that if Trump fails to implement the strategic Bitcoin reserve plan, the target price of $150,000 may become the lower limit of the bear market. The company believes this outcome could be realized early in Trump's presidency.

Strike Founder and CEO Jack Mallers predicts that Trump may issue an executive order on his first day in office to officially designate Bitcoin as the United States' reserve asset.

Impact of Federal Reserve Policies and Long-Term Holder Behavior

Blockware also pointed out that if the Federal Reserve changes its policies to further increase interest rate cuts, and long-term holders (investors holding Bitcoin for more than 155 days) begin to 'actively' sell Bitcoin, then the $150,000 bear market target could also be achieved.

Base Case: $225,000 Target

As a base case, Blockware assumes that the U.S. government will convert Bitcoin into a strategic reserve, while the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates as expected, and businesses will continue to accelerate Bitcoin adoption at the current pace. In this scenario, the target price for Bitcoin is $225,000. If these three factors yield the best results, Blockware expects the price of Bitcoin could even soar to $400,000, ushering in a bull market.

Conditions Supporting the $400,000 Target

Blockware listed several key factors for achieving the $400,000 target: first, the Federal Reserve must take a 'more dovish stance'; second, businesses must accelerate Bitcoin adoption, especially one of the global 'seven giants' (such as Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, Nvidia, or Tesla) needs to add Bitcoin to its balance sheet.
