years ago the same thing happened with XRP for months.
every time there was a high peak, thousands of tokens would go out to a single unknown account.
and again seeing this with XLM, every time it shows that it will go up "supposedly" it falls into decline, after a large outflow of amounts to a single account. "very high outflow all at once" when it is down!
who would take out a lot of money in a downturn? Those who have little don't want to lose a little, they are hoping it will go up a little and get out lol
