2024 is really tough, everyone. The business year-end closing for any sector is just enough to break even, the company is in the red, investing is burning through the account but it's still profitable, yet holding onto it further so it doesn’t count. This year, I've only seen land prices double, but I don't see my money increasing at all.
Those who are doing business here are lucky to be making profits, otherwise, trading this year feels like a real hassle. Investments have MM steering like a ferry, dragging it like a leash. What the hell is this market.
Looking at the balance makes me tear up, if this Tet isn’t cheerful it’s a literal draft. It’s too painful…. just sharing a bit, it’s the end of the year and everyone seems so down. Is everyone’s situation getting any better?
