Pi Network Updates and Progress

Pi Network continues to attract attention from the cryptocurrency community, but it still faces a lot of controversy. Since its launch five years ago, the project claims to allow users to mine digital assets through smartphones. Despite this, Pi Network's open mainnet and native tokens have never been launched as scheduled.

Main Goal: The first goal of the Pi Network team is to release the open network. To achieve this goal, users need to pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and migrate to the mainnet (known as the grace period).

Progress and Delays: The initial launch date was set for September 30, then postponed to December 31, and recently the project announced that the date would be postponed again to January 31. This continued delay has caused dissatisfaction in the community, and some users have expressed disappointment that these dates are not real and are just a delaying tactic, and worried that the project may die.

Shiba Inu (SHIB) Latest Projects

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) ecosystem continues to evolve from a meme coin to a broader digital asset platform. Recently, Shiba Inu launched a virtual world called SHIB: Metaverse, which attracted a lot of attention.

SHIB: Metaverse: According to LUCIE, Shibarium's head of marketing, this project is "groundbreaking". It allows users to own, trade and develop virtual real estate on the blockchain, and users can create personalized avatars and establish global connections with other members of the SHIB community.

Other projects: In addition to SHIB: Metaverse, Shiba Inu has launched other projects, including Shibarium (a Layer 2 scaling solution) and blockchain-based games Shiboshi Rush and Shiba Eternity. These new initiatives show Shiba Inu's transition from a meme coin to a complete ecosystem, attracting more users and developers.
