🇲🇪 NEWS: The Montenegrin court rejected the appeal of Terra founder Do Kwon to overturn his extradition. The decision on whether to send him to the USA or South Korea is now in the hands of Justice Minister Bojan Božović.
Kwon, arrested on March 23, 2023, faces charges of using forged documents, and his company Terraform Labs is being liquidated following a settlement of SEC fraud claims amounting to $4.47 billion.
