If you have 100,000 yuan and earn 1% every day, stop. After a year, if you can trade for 250 days, by the end of the year, your money could grow to over 1.32 million. If you persist for another two years, your assets could exceed tens of millions. Of course, this assumes stable returns, but the key is how to maintain this compound growth; that’s the real challenge.
Probability, Take Profit and Stop Loss, must be calculated clearly
If you can make money 60% of the time on your investments, taking 10% profit each time and stopping loss at 10%, after trading 100 times, your total earnings could triple! But the premise is that you must strictly follow the plan without letting market fluctuations affect your judgment, especially during those volatile ups and downs; you must remain calm.
