1) they may be in earn and have to redeem for spot, only then will you be able to make the conversion.
2) they may be in an open order to buy or sell and you would have to cancel the order.

Can anyone tell me why I'm not able to convert my coins? I'm in pro mode and I've always been able to do it, and now I'm only able to convert in life mode. It appears as if I have no coins at all.
