#MarketRebound
Market rebound is a trading and scalping strategy that relies on three components: the MAD Filter, the MAD Signal, and the MAD Exit.
MAD stands for "Moving Average with a Distance." The strategy gives a signal when the market price deviates sharply from the average price. When this happens, a rebound is likely to occur.
The MAD Rebound strategy trades these quick rebounds using small profit targets. The MAD Exit replaces a traditional stop and prevents the trader from being stopped out too early, and can also reduce the size of the loss.
The MAD Rebound strategy seems to work best when the market is moving up and down within a range. It is less useful when the market is moving sharply in one direction.
